Every Mile Matters.Every Driver Matters.
Reliable freight. Transparent pay. A company built around drivers.
Drivers see what every load pays before they roll. Truck owners see revenue, expenses, maintenance, and downtime without chasing anyone for answers.
See the rate before you accept the load
Itemized settlement every week
One dispatcher you can reach directly
Load-level revenue and cost reporting
Maintenance and downtime documented
You own the asset - we run the operation
How Drayvo operates
Rates shown before dispatch
You see what a load pays before you accept it.
Itemized weekly settlements
Every line, every deduction, on a set schedule.
Direct dispatcher access
A name and a number, not a rotating queue.
Load-level owner reporting
Revenue, cost, and downtime per truck, per load.
Seven commitments. In writing.
Any carrier can advertise a rate. These are the operating practices behind ours. They are specific on purpose - each one is something you can check against your own experience within a few weeks of running with us.
01
The rate is visible before dispatch
You know what a load pays before you accept it. No accepting first and finding out later.
02
Every deduction is disclosed
Escrow, insurance, advances, and fees are explained up front and itemized on the statement.
03
Drivers have direct dispatcher access
You get a name and a direct line. The person planning your week is the person who answers.
04
Owners receive load-level reporting
Revenue and cost for each load your truck runs, not a monthly total you have to take on faith.
05
Maintenance events are documented
What was done, when, why, and what it cost - recorded against the truck and visible to its owner.
06
Payments follow a defined schedule
You are told the pay calendar before you start, and we hold to it. Changes are communicated in advance.
07
Questions get answered
Settlement questions and disputes get a real response from a person, not a ticket that goes quiet.
Where do you fit?
Drayvo is built first for the people who drive trucks and the people who own them. Pick the path that matches you.
I drive trucks
Company driver or owner-operator. You want to know what a load pays before you take it, and you want a settlement you can actually reconcile.
Rate visible before dispatch
Itemized weekly settlement
One dispatcher, direct line
I own trucks
One truck or several. You own the asset and want it working, without running dispatch, compliance, and maintenance coordination yourself.
Load-level revenue and cost
Maintenance documented
Downtime visible, not explained away
I ship freight
You need capacity from a carrier that answers the phone and tells you where your freight actually is.
Direct carrier, not a broker desk
Named contact on every load
What “open book” actually looks like
Transparent miles. Transparent pay. Every dollar accounted for.
Transparency is a claim until you can see the format it arrives in. This is what drivers and truck owners get from us, and how plainly it is stated.

Parts delayed. Estimated return to service Thursday. You would have had this update the day the truck came out of service, not at month end.Your truck. Your miles. Your money.
Two ways to run with Drayvo. Both work the same way: you see the number before you commit, and the settlement shows how it was reached.
You drive our truck
Pay structure explained in full before you accept an offer
Rate for each load visible before dispatch
Itemized settlement on a defined weekly schedule
Company-maintained equipment with documented service history
Home-time expectations agreed up front, not improvised
You drive your own truck
Load rate and your share shown before you accept
Deductions disclosed and itemized every settlement
You choose loads - we do not force dispatch
Compliance, permits, and filings handled for you
Maintenance events documented against your unit
What we ask of you
Close but not exact? Call anyway. A person reads every application.
Check where you standValid Class A CDL
Verifiable OTR experience
Motor vehicle record we can review with you
Able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
At least 21 years old for interstate work
Find out where you stand before you apply.
Four questions, an honest answer, and nothing recorded. We would rather you know now than wait a week to hear it.
Do you hold a valid Class A CDL?
You own the asset. We run the operation.
Buying a truck is the straightforward part. Everything after it is the work we take on. The title stays in your name, and the reporting comes to you without being asked for.
01
Driver placement
We find and vet the driver, and you know who is in your truck.
02
Dispatch and load planning
Your truck stays loaded, and you can see what each load pays.
03
Maintenance coordination
Service is arranged and documented against your unit.
04
Fuel and routing
Managed against cost per mile, with the spend reported to you.
05
Compliance
Handled under our operating authority.
06
Reporting
Revenue and cost per truck, without having to ask for it.
07
Downtime
If your truck is off the road you hear it the same day.
Capacity from people who answer
We would rather tell you plainly what we can cover than quote capacity we cannot deliver on. Send us a lane and you will get a straight answer either way - and when we commit to it, it moves.
You are talking to the carrier
Not a brokerage passing your load down a chain until someone accepts it. The people you speak to are the people responsible for the truck.
A named contact on every load
One person who knows your freight, your receivers, and what happens if something slips. Reachable directly, not through a queue.
Status you do not have to chase
The same visibility discipline we apply to driver pay and owner reporting applies to your freight. If a load is late you hear it from us first.
No stock photos here
We would rather show you an empty frame than a stock image of somebody else's truck. Photographs of our drivers, our dispatchers, and our equipment go here - real people, named, and published with their permission.
The people running the freight.
Who answers when you call.
The trucks we actually run.
Service, documented.
The questions worth asking
Ask any carrier these. Then compare what you hear on the phone with what ends up in the agreement - we say the same thing in both.
You see the rate on the load before you accept it - that is the first commitment in The Drayvo Standard and it applies to company drivers and owner-operators alike. If a load is offered without a rate attached, that is a mistake on our side and you should say so.
Your pay structure and pay calendar are set out in writing before you accept an offer, and every settlement is itemized. We do not publish a headline rate here because pay varies by lane and experience - your recruiter will give you the real number for the work you would be doing.
Only what your agreement sets out, all of it disclosed before you start rather than discovered later, and each item shown as its own line. If a line does not make sense, your dispatcher will walk you through it.
One dispatcher, with a name and a direct number. They plan your week and they are the person who answers when you call. You are not routed through a general queue to explain your situation from scratch each time.
We agree your home-time expectation during hiring and plan against it rather than improvising week to week. Tell your recruiter what you need up front. If we cannot schedule it on the lanes we run, we will tell you that instead of promising flexibility we cannot deliver.
We look for verifiable OTR experience for solo work. If you are newly licensed, tell us anyway and we will be straight with you about whether there is a path right now rather than running you through a process that ends in no.
Trucking should work for the people who keep it moving.
Bring the offer you are considering. We will go through ours next to it - the pay structure, the deductions, the reporting - and you can decide with both in front of you. Talk to us before you sign anywhere else.
Let's talk.
Tell us who you are and how to reach you - that is all we need to start. A person reads every message and follows up directly.
